"Hi! My name is Leta and I’m an instructor at School of Yoga in Pittsburgh. We’re going to begin a sequence of poses that are designed to help alleviate some of the symptoms of PMS. I believe that PMS is a time where experiencing your menstrual cycles is the time for us to really draw inward to really connect to ourselves and to really be kind to ourselves. I think that our monthly cycle was designed for us to draw inward, to be quiet, and to listen to ourselves at that time of the month and these poses will accomplish that. So before we get started, grab a few blankets and find a nice space on the floor"
