"Knees to the chest, so inhale let the knees come away from the chest and then exhale pull the navel into your spine, draw the knees in towards your chest. Inhale again, pulling onto the tail bone, take a deep breath in and exhale pull the navel into the spine, all of the belly and draw the knees into the chest. You must do that three more times inhale because this is another nice slow exercise and then exhale a gentle exercise, a nice exercise to practice first thing in the morning. So we can start off your days being slow, gentle and relaxed, listening to our body, feeling what our body needs, we will be much kinder to ourselves as we go about our day and the meets yours chest, have your hands in front of your legs and just stay here for a few minutes.
