" Breathing meditation. Another breathing meditation you can do particularly when you are feeling sluggish or lethargic at work or you are having a difficult time coming up with creative ideas. Is a type of breathe work that is very energizing we are going to inhale, reach our hands up, extend our fingers, and we are going to exhale pull our hands down, make a little fist, and put them along the side of our body. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose, inhale, exhale. I notice that this looks silly but just try it. It is very forceful cause we are inhaling deeply and exhaling deeply. Inhale, exhale. Three more, two, and one. Relax the hands, place one pawn on top of the other, take a deep breathe in, hold the breathe, and exhale slowly. Release. Breathe. Again inhale pause and exhale."
