" Hamstring stretch. So the next exercise we are going to do is a stretch for the hamstrings. But it is also a nice pose to do to help calm the mind. So if you are feeling a little anxious, your mind is really racing, this is a really nice posture to come into. In this you can just bring your hands into the chair or to a table top. You are going to step your feet back, you are going to press your pawns into the tabletop , and you are going to drop you head, so your head is leveled with your arms and you are hips behind you. If you are not feeling this stretch go ahead step your feet behind you just a little bit more, start to lift your sit bones up towards the ceiling so that you feel a stretch in the back of the leg and again just drop the head. You feel a stretch through the shoulders and the spine. Lets hold it for 3 breathes. Okay come out of the pose and drop your feet forward. "
