" Hip stretch. So for the next exercise we are going to stretch our hips. If you are not that flexible go ahead and bring your left leg out straight and cross your right ankle on your left chin. If you are little bit more flexible you can bring the leg up a little bit higher. Let the right knee drop down so the right chin is parallel to the floor. We are just going to pull forward. You can bring your forearm to your legs, you can bring your finger tips to you legs, or if you are a little more flexible you can start to lay forward wherever over your legs. We are going to hold here for 2 breathes. Go ahead and inhale. Sit up straight and lets cross the other side. Again you can just cross your ankle on your chin or you can bring the ankle up onto the top of the right thigh. Let the left knee drop down. Again go ahead and bring your finger tips, your forearm, and beginning to fall forward over your left leg. Lets hold here for 2 deep slow breathes. Inhale sit up straight and go ahead and uncross your legs. Return back to your original position. "
