" Seated twist with legs crossed. This time were are going to come a little deeper into the twist we are going to cross our right leg on top of our left, we are going to bring our right hand to the outside of our right leg, and we are going to press our hands into our leg. We are going to reach our right arm into the hand rest, or if you can reach it into the back of our seat and come a little more deeper into the twist. We are press our right shoulder blade back behind us and look as far back with our eyes. On your next exhale look forward and come out of the twist. Lets come to the other side. Cross the left leg on top of the right, bring the right hand, the outside of the left leg, and then you can bring the left hand to the arm rest or you can bring the hand back into the chair. We are going to press our right hand against our leg, we are going to press our left shoulder blade behind us. Again our spine follows our eyes. So looking back as far as you can behind you. On your next exhale look forward. Go ahead and release yourself from the stretch."
