" Chest stretch. So go ahead and come to the edge of your seat. You can reach behind you and take the edge of your seat, press your elbows together, and lift your heart forward. If you are a little more flexible you can reach around and inner lease your fingers and press your pawns together. So you need to press your elbows towards one another, reach your hand down towards the floor, and lift your heart. So you get a nice stretch here across the front of the chest and the front of the shoulders. This is a nice counter pose to the pose most of assumed were working at the front of the computer or over a book where we are rounded, our heart is drop and our head is forward. You can lift your chin lightly and lets hold for 2 breathes. This pose also brings a lot of oxygen to the body. It is a really nice pose to do if your are feeling lethargic or you feel like your focus is beginning to waver. One more deep energizing breathe and exhale and go ahead and release the stretch."
