" Shoulder stretch. If you are a little bit more flexible you can try this next stretch. Bring your left arm forward, left pawn facing the ceiling, we are going to bring our right elbow into this little notch of our left elbow and you are going to press it back of our hands together or you can go ahead and reach around to try to bring the pawns together. We are going to drop the shoulder blades down the back , we are going to left the finger tips up towards the ceiling, lets hold here for 2 breathes. Exhale come down and release. Lets come to the other side. So we are going to bring right pawn facing up, we are going to bring our left elbows to our little notch of our right, we are either going to push the back of our pawns together or reach around and try to bring pawns to touch. Drop the shoulder blades down the back reach the finger tips up and lets hold for 2 breathes. Again let your breathe be nice and deep so you are breathing to the size of you rib cage, breathing to the back to the body, into the chest, and ...exhale and release and come out of the pose. "
