" Shoulder stretch. So bring your right arm up, bring your right hand up over to your left shoulder, with your left hand the outside of your right upper arm and press your right hand towards the wall behind you. Keep your elbow leveled with your right shoulder and just stay here for a few breathe. You can push a little further. Just go through the point were you feel a nice gentle stretch on the outside of the right shoulder. You are ready and go ahead and switch. Your left hand over towards your right shoulder, bring your right hand to the outside of the right upper arm. Again keeping those shoulders and elbow leveled with the floor. Just press the left hand behind you. You can take the shoulder a little bit deeper into the stretch if you like. Keep the breathe nice and slow and smooth. Now you are ready to go ahead and release. And come out of the pose."
