"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz. I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Good. So lets go back down to the floor and we're going to do the thunderbolt pose. We're going to step our feet and our knees so they're hip distance apart. Make sure your ankles stay in, your belly stays in, tail bone down. From here, you're going to let the heart up, draw the shoulder blades together, and bring the hands so the thumb and pointer finger are sort of below the calf. You're going to start to lower back into the crown of your head and then start to reach your heart our away from your feet. Stay here for a few breaths, bring your hands to floor, push up for a few breaths, and when you're ready to come back our of the pose, pull your belly in and come to seated. "
