"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz. I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. If you've gotten pretty strong at standing up from back bend, it's time to start practicing dropping back into back bend. From here, you're going to step your feet a couple feet apart. You want to keep your belly drawn in, keep your heart lifted, and you're going to start to bend. As you start to get to the half way point, start to bend your knees and start to bring your hands to the wall behind you. You can lift your heels off the floor if that helps, and just walk back coming into back bend. "
