"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz. I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Okay. If all these poses have worked well for you, we're going to go into a full backbend. From here, we're going to come into the same position that we were in for bridge pose. We're laying on our back, our feet are going to be hip distance. From here, we're going to keep our navel drawn in, tail bone tucked under. We're going to bring our hands so our fingers are pointing back towards our toes. Our fingers are right on the line of our shoulders. From here, we're just going to come up the crown of head. You might just want to stay here for a few breaths. If you feel comfortable, draw your elbows in towards your body, press your feet into the floor. Then keeping your belly drawn in, start to press your heart out in front of you and look back towards your toes. Stay here for a few breaths, come back to the crown of your head, bend your knees, drop hips to the floor, lift your head, tuck your chin, and just rest. "
