"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz. I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Now we're going to come into bridge pose. You want to come onto your back. You're going to bring your feet so they're hip distance. You're going to start with your arms along side your body. From here, you're going to keep your navel drawn in, your tail bone tucked under, and you're going to lift your hips up. You can stay here for a few breaths, and if you want you can start to walk your shoulders together. Start to walk your shoulders under, and keeping your forehead and chin level with the floor, keep the hips lifted. When you're ready to come out of the pose, release the fingers, walk the hands on to the side. Keeping the belly drawn in, go ahead and bring the hips back to the floor. "
