"Hi! My name is Leta Koontz. I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Next we're going to come into camel pose. This time we're going to come on to our knees and our shines. We're going to keep our ankles together. You're going to keep your navel drawn in. With the navel down we're drawing that area in, dropping the tail bone. You can reach one hand back, reach the opposite hand over head. You can do this for a couple breaths on each side or you can bring your fingertips back. Keep your hips reaching forward. Again, belly in, tail bone down, heart reaches up. If you want you can start to walk your palms onto the soles of your feet. Hold here for a few breaths. Keep that lower belly drawn in. When you're ready to come out of the pose, walk the hands up, pull the belly in, and come back to seated."
