"Hi, my name is Leta Koontz. I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Alright going higher, upward facing dog pose. So come into all four's, from here we're going to drop out hips onto the floor. Again, make sure you're enabled to draw in towards your spine, all ten little toes on the floor, hands are shoulder distance. Start to draw shoulder blades together, lift the heart away from the floor. You can start to lift the nose, so keep the gaze on the tip of the nose as you lift the heart up, again make sure your belly is drawn in to protect the lower back. You want to come a little deeper into upward facing dog, you can press the tops of your feet into the floor and draw the shoulder blades together, keep the belly pulled in and tailbone tucking down."
