We're going to come onto our belly, keep the belly pulled in, tailbone tucking down to the floor, feet together. This time we're going to bring our hands so our palms are on the floor under our shoulder, fingertips lined up to our shoulder, we're going to tuck our elbows in and we're going to start to press our hands down the floor and draw the shoulder blades together. Lift the heart, you're going to engage onto the nose and keep the belly pulled in, tailbone tucking down. Keep the elbows bent, keep lifting the heart."
