"Hi, my name is Leta Koontz. I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Next we're going to come a little deeper into the back and we're going to come into the sphinx pose. Again, coming onto your belly, bring your elbows to around your shoulders and your forearms are parallel to one another. Again, make sure you're trolling your navel in towards your back. Put the tailbone down, draw the shoulder blades together and again engage in the tip of the nose, pressing all 10 little toenails down into the floor. Keep lifting the heart, make sure you're not flopping down, keep the heart lifted and reaching forward."
