Video Transcript

"Hi, my name is Leta Koontz. I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to cover advanced backbend bending. I designed this program to work a series of backbends coming up to getting your foot to your head. At any point you start to feel any discomfort in your lower back or even in your shoulders, I'd like you to back off the poses and to work with some of the simpler poses that build up to working with bringing your foot to your head. Also, I encourage you to speak with a qualified yoga instructor in your area to help you do these poses safely."
