" This is how you are going to be seated. You are going to face your partner. This is a fun exercise. You are going to reach and take one another's hand. You are going to lift one foot up and press the sole of your feet against one another and see if you can stretch your leg. It's okay if you knee is slightly bent. Here is the tricky part. You're gonng put the sole of the other foot together. You are going to bring your legs beside your arms and again if you knees are bent and can't straighten your leg, then inhale and lift your heart upwards with feeling. Good. For another variation on this pose, you can go ahead and come down. Bring your hands besides your leg and do that again delivering one foot up and bring the sole of the other foot up. Pushing against one another. Good. Now lift your heart in an upwards position and lean back. Good. Exhale and very slowly bring your feet to the floor and come out of the pose. "
