" So again standing back to back, we are going to separate our feet about the length of one of her legs. We are going to turn back 45 degrees and our front foot is pointing forward. We are going to inhale and the tall person is going to bring their hands and their palm is down and the short person is going to bring their hand so their palm is facing up. We are going to inhale left into our fingers and exhale; this time we are going to drop up the front hand down, we're gonna bring the backbone all the way around and let a little disco move, drop our hand towards our feet and smile at your partner. Good. The back arms are going to come between your body and it is going to swing all the way around to the other side. Again, smile at your partner and inhale drop that arm through through, bring your arm around and come back to starting position. We come out of the pose just set your feet together and drop your arms. "
