" If the couple is standing and you are still back to back with your partner and take a wide stance. So spread your feet so that they are about the difference of one of your legs. You are going to turn back in 45 degrees and your front foot forward. The tall person is going to bring their hands so their palms facing down. The shorter person is going to bring their hands so their palms are facing up and you are going to press against the other. We are going to inhale and we are going to reach forward. We are going to drop our hands down to our legs, press the back of our heads together and we are going to look up to our arm that's over our head. Hold here for a breath. Good. Inhale from up the center. Turn the front foot in at 45 degrees and turn the back foot out so it's pointing out and now reach down to the other leg. Press your hands together and look up. Good, inhale back to center. And to get out of the pose just release your hand and put your feet together. "
