"Hi, my name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga teacher at Schoolhouse Yoga and we are located in Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to show you, demonstrate and teach you some aversions. We are going to practice our forearm balance. If this is your first time working on forearm balance, I encourage you to have an instructor teach your or have someone else spot you. We like to teach with a strap, or if you have a belt at home, that will work. Bring the strap right above our elbows and take a block or a book that will keep your hands so that your pointer finger and thumb are at the edge of the block, so that you can keep your forearms parallel to one another. You are going to come and you are going to face the wall ad you're going to put the block just up against the wall and the block is going to be between your pointer finger and thumb. The strap will be right above the elbow, and you're going to come into the wall, kick one leg up and you're going to bring the other leg up. If you can, take your feet against the wall, pressing your finger down to the floor and remove the strap."
