" So you are purposely gong to come into chow's pose. It comes together, needs apart, forehead down into the ground. You are going to come and you are going to bring your tailbone so it's right across their tailbone and you are just going to very slowly bring your finger tips along the side of your partner and very slowly roll down onto the back, turn your palms up towards the ceiling and step your feet forward and rest here for a few breaths. This little posture feels good for the persons in chow's pose, a nice adjustment. It also feels really good to open the front of your body for the person that is doing the backbend. There is another version of this pose that will let you get a little deeper to the back bend but only do this pose if the person who is on the bottom is strong enough to support your weight. So to come out of the pose just use your hand to your side, walk your feet in. Your partner is going to come to all force, table top pose and you are going to think that you are going to bring your elbow against their tailbone so that it will slowly roll your spine against their spine, drop your arms and spread your feet out.
