" So come to a squatting position and it is okay if your heels are off the floor. You and your partner are going to hold hands and you are just going to lean back just like your tailbone drop down towards the floor and play the ground with your spine. Stay here for one breath and then you and your partner are going to hold onto one another's wrist, your right hand and reach back with your left hand and back with your left thumb. We are going to pull out with a twist. Going to lean back and come back with the center, cross, take each other's left wrist and reach back with your right hand, look back over your right thumb, come back to center and take one of those wrists with your right hand. Again, lift your butt up in the air and drop your head and lean back. Stay here for a rest. Lean back a little bit more; good. And then you come out of the posture and take a step or two towards your partner. "
