" So get up from your seated position. This time we are going to bring legs up straight. Again our short legs and the back of our heads pressing into towards one another. We are going to inhale and your partner is going to pull forward and you are just going to allow your hands to drop to the side, allow your head, your chest to rest on their back. So your partner is coming into a forward bend and you are in a back bend. Stay here for a breath and then come back up to your starting position. You are going to into a forward bend and your partner is going to come into a back bend. Inhale back to center. Again your partner is going to bend forward and you are just going to allow the weight of your body to bring them a little different to the posture and coming back to your center position and you are going to pull forward and your partner is going to come into a back bend. Inhale back to center and you can cross your legs at the posture. "
