Hi! I'm Liz with Studio Soiree. Today I'm going to show you another favorite spin of mine. It's called sitting around the pole. It is simply sitting around the pole. You'll be using your strong arm, and it's fully engaged. You want to hold yourself in there. Add another hand. With this hand, I'm going to be pushing a bit away from the pole. It's just about chest level, and I'm going to walk first to get some momentum. I'll walk, add my second hand, and sit around the pole. When sitting around the pole, you want to make sure you're tucking in your knees. You've got your abs strength in. We want to go ahead and strengthen your core, so the higher you lift your knees the better. We'll walk an get momentum. I'll show you one more time. Sitting around the pole. Thank you.
