Video Transcript

"Hi! I'm Liz with Studio Soiree. Today I'm going to show you a wonderful spin called the sunwheel. I'll demonstrate it first. Then hang out with me on the floor so I can tell you a few things about it. Our sunwheel. Strong arm on top. Outside leg. I want to show you the foot placement here because it's very important. We want to go ahead and lock in on our pole holding tightly and against the pole with our Achilles heel here. Then you kind of want to come to the side of it using your abdominal strength and lift up this other leg. This is the position for the sunwheel. You're a bit to the side, you've got your outside leg lifted, and your front leg. I'll get up and show you how that's done again. So much fun. Thanks."
