"Hi! I'm Liz with Studio Soiree and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm going to show you how to accomplish the fireman today. I'll demonstrate it first and then I'll break it down. We're going to take a spin around the pole. I'm going to show you how that works. You want to take your inside arm, which is my strong arm, my right arm and leave that on top. I'm going to bring my outside leg, my left leg, to curl around the pole. I'm then going to add a hand here. I'm going to bring my belly into my spine so that my whole body's engaged. I'm going to lean towards you and bring my right leg behind the pole. I'll do it for you one more time. Strong, outside leg, body's engaged. This time we're going to walk first. I'm going to walk, extend this outside leg, grab the pole, and fly for a little bit. That's our fireman."
