"Hi, my name is Lucy Spain on behalf of Expert Village here to talk about an introduction to cheerleading. Now that we arrived at our tryouts, the first thing we're going to be asked to do is fill out paperwork. There are also some paperwork you are going to have to make sure you have with you before you attend your tryouts. One of the things you are going to need is an up to date physical form. You can get this physical form by any local doctor in your town. It's going to be a quick an painless process. Usually fairly inexpensive as well about $25-$50. You can call your school and they can recommend a doctor in the area and they can also give you the form that you are going to need to take with you for the doctor to fill out. You need to bring that physical form with you signed by your doctor you are also going to maybe require to bring a parental permission slip if you are under the age of 18. So it's going to be important to bring with you as well. After that, you are going to have to fill out forms. Once you get to the tryout with basic information, make sure you know your social security number, all your contact information everything like that. After we thought out our basic information, you are going to be asked some background information about your cheer leading history and experience. Now it's very important to be extremely honest on these forms. It's not going to be a benefit to you if you lie and say I cheered for 10 years and I can do 4 back flips and I'm so awesome because when they get your form and show up on the floor, they are going to say let's see your 4 flips and let's call these people you cheered for 10 years. So it's really important that you are honest on these forms always make sure you have a pen with you it's much more professional than a pencil and just remember first and foremost, be honest and know what you are there for."
