"Hi, my name is Lucy Spain on behalf of Expert Village here to talk about an introduction to cheer leading. Now that we are ready to attend our tryouts. One of the most and foremost important thing you have to do is get yourself ready appearance wise. There is definitely a few things that you need to take into consideration and also don't go out and spend a lot of money on brand new cheer leading shoes, brand new outfits because if you don't end up making the squad, it's going to be a loss so I would first and foremost stick with what you have and after you make the squad, you can buy the appropriate shoes, practice clothes, etc. One important thing you want to start out with since we're not going to go out and buy cheer leading shoes you want to make sure you have a flat footed shoe on. Basically we don't want any track running shoes because when we are stunting, those are going to dig into peoples hands. If you fall it's going to scrap down on his arm it's not going to feel that good if some else does it to you. So you want to take the same consideration. Also down those lines we want to make sure are nails are cut short so if you flip your hand you can't see any of the tops pointing over. Now if you do have long nails they are going to scrape somebody, you are going to scratch people it's really not going to be good and no one is going to like it. We also want to make sure our hair is pulled back out of our face so the judges can see you gorgeous smile your beautiful eyes and all the enthusiasm you have. Definitely wear loose comfortable clothing that you are going to be able to stretch around in. You are going to want to make sure girls you have a sports bras on so you are all compacted there is a lot of jumping around involved. Basically no jewelry whatsoever. We are going to make sure that you are just fresh ready to go nice make up, nice lipstick to show off all your features."
