" I’m Kirk Watt on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip, we’re going to be doing the hanging ab reverse crunch. It’s an awesome exercise for the abs, but very, very advanced so please, make sure you contact somebody in your fitness center and have them at least show you one or two times how this done before you try to jump it and do it. A couple of key points, most importantly is make sure you have your arms stationed real well in the straps that your hanging from, that’s where all your weight is going to supporting. When you’re ready to go, slowly let your weight come forward, taking the load into your arms. When you’re ready to go, pull your knees up in towards your elbows, and then lower them nice and slow without fully extending your knees or your hips. Keep your feet out in front of you and keep repetitiously pulling your knees up into your elbows, squeezing your stomach as tight as you can. Now, if you notice, he’s also pulling his elbows down in towards his knees a little bit, which is going to cause even more contraction in his upper abdomen as well. You exhale when you bring your knees and inhale when you let your knees down. You want to try to do as many of these as you can each set, because this is a killer for your abs, trust me. Take your time, as you notice he’s doing. Give me 3 more. Pull those knees nice and hard into those elbows, squeeze nice and tight into the stomach. When you’re done, find a step to help you get elevated into the straps real easy, and rest. That’s the greatest exercise, in my opinion, for your abs. That’s the hanging ab reverse crunch, and if you’d like anymore information on this exercise, you can go to visionfit.com. "
