"My demonstration today is fairly simple. You really don't need too many items. I'll say first of all space. Where ever you have space, where you can really move around and stretch out that's where you want to be so whether you’re in your house, whether you have a workout area or you can go outside and in your back yard or a beautiful park. Anywhere these exercises can be done. So make sure you have plenty of space where ever you are. All you need is a yoga mat as far as materials go. You don't need anything fancy and even if you in a place where the floor's padded you may not need a mat. A yoga mat or a thicker exercise mat like the one I have will work just fine. Third, you need comfortable clothes. So make sure you're wearing something where you can move and you feel free and comfortable. Something that's breathable is preferable and just make sure your comfortable where ever you are and with the weather just wear something if you outside that you can feel comfortable when your outside, you're not too hot, you're not too cold or anything like that. And last, water. Water is always necessary whenever you're performing exercises. It's so important to stay hydrated. You want to always be sure that you hydrate your body so that everything works correctly. Our body needs probably about, I always say as a rule of thumb, as much water as you need is half of your body weight in ounces. That's how much water your body needs on a daily basis. So remember those things and you'll be all set for working out for knee problems."
