"So, the last stretch in our stretch series is the Open Chest Stretch. Now, I'm going to demonstrate on Grace how stretch your partner. Stretch their chest. This stretch is really great. Especially, if you were doing push ups and things that really, like we did the open chest press. Things like that. You really want to stretch those muscles in your chest. So, this stretch is really great for that. So, I'm going to demonstrate on Grace how to do this. First, Grace is going to sit in a butterfly sitting. So, her feet are together and she's sitting straight up. And, what I'm going to do is stretch her. So, I'm going to bring her arms up. Her arms are out. And, I'm just going to put my knee on her upper back just to keep her stabilized. And, I'm going to lightly pull her arms back. Now, this is a great stretch. Because, you really get a chance to get the core muscles within the chest stretched out. So, we hold it here for about fifteen seconds or more. And, making sure that your partner is nice and tall. And, then you release. And, that's the Open Chest Stretch. And, Grace will do the same thing on me. That's just a demonstration on how to do it."
