"Ok. So, this is another portion of our stretch series. Grace and I are going to show you an Open Leg Stretch with your partner. Now, this stretch is great for just stretching the torso the lower back and also your legs. You're usually going to feel it on the inner thigh on the legs. So, with this Grace and I are facing each other. Our legs are open, our feet are together. We're going to grab hands. And, what we're going to do. Grace is going to pull back and I'm going to stretch forward. And, I'll give her a little tap to tell her that that's enough. And, then I'll hold it there for about twelve seconds and then we'll switch, So, it goes like this. Then, we switch. Grace will tap me when she's had enough. And, I'll have her hold it here. And, then we switch. Ok. And, now we switch again. Alright. And, this is a great team building stretch that really gets you a lot further than you would go otherwise. Just because your partner is there to add more resistance and get your stretch a little farther."
