"Alright. So, now Grace and I are going to demonstrate partner calf raises. It's a little bit different from regular calf raises. Because, you're actually using your partner and you're going to add a little more resistance to your partner by putting some of your body weight on your partner. This is going to work your core as well as your calves. This exercise is great for overall toning. So,. Grace and I are going to demonstrate how to do partner calf raises. First, you stand a little bit apart. Bring your hands up like London Bridge when you were younger. You can lean in to each other a little bit. And, now we're both going to trust each other and raise up. Up and down. So, you're actually putting your body weight on your partner. You want to make sure your back stays nice and straight. And, your spine is aligned all the way to your head. And, you really start feeling it in your calves. Now, with your hands raised you feel it in your core. And, your arms as well. So, it's great for overall toning. Ok. Grace is telling me that's enough. So, that's a demonstration of your calf raises with your partner."
