"I don't know how many times I've had clients or just people that I know say that they can't do anything about the hips and the butt. Hips and the butt seem to be problem area number two, after the tummy of course for women. So I've designed a three part exercise program that will definately tone, target, firm, lift up the hips and the butt. Now I can't say how important it is to keep a great nutritional program. Nutrition is key to any and all of these exercises. If you stay consistent with a great numtritional plan and be consistent with the workout the exercises, then you will see results. Its just that simple. Maybe not always easy, but its just that simple. So I'm going to demonstrate three degrees of exercises to target, tone, firm, lift up the hips and the butt."
