"Ok. So, now we've been doing exercises that really strengthens our muscles helps us to have a greater metabolism. So, this next exercise we're going to use our partner. And, we're going to use them like a wall squat. But, it's going to be a back to back squat. So, we're going to squat down and use your partner as support. And, hold it as long as you guys can hold it. So, like if you get to a minute or two minutes that will be absolutely great. But, just start with something small if you're just starting out. So, maybe thirty seconds or so. And, you'll feel the difference and you'll see the difference in the way your legs and your butt is looking. So, let's do the back to back squat. So, use each other and you come down. You just have to trust your partner. Get your legs nice and wide. Wait a minute, wait a minute. First, start with your legs nice and wide. Right. And, so now lean into me a little bit. Let's feel each others positions before we go down. Now, let's slowly go down and just hold it. And, you use your partner as support. Now, starting out it might be a little tricky as you saw. And, your partner should tell you when they are getting up so you won't fall back on them. So, you just hold that as long as you can. And, that's a back to back squat. You just work with your partner. So, whatever their level is whatever your level is. You both can get benefit from this exercise."
