"So, we still have our resistance bands. And, next I'm going to demonstrate to you how to do a combination exercise. We're going to work our legs and our arms simultaneously. We're going to do a Lunge and a Row at the same time. Now, I already showed you how to do the Row. But, this time we're going to add a lunge to that. And, this is really going to work the full body. So, we're going to demonstrate a Lunge and a Row combination using your resistance bands. Take your side. So we want to make sure we are far enough apart where we feel a little bit of resistance from here. And, you just stay right there Grace. I'll show you what we're going to do. So, we're just going to do a lunge back and we're going to squeeze at the same time. You want to make sure you keep your leg aligned and not go over. So, that's what you want to concentrate on. So, you ready? Alright. We're going to do opposite legs, so we keep the balance. So, I'm going to start with. We both start with the leg, left leg which will be opposites. Mirrors of each other. Ready? Alright. Squeeze. Squeeze. You're doing great. And, you can sort of use your partner to keep your balance a little bit. You can play off of each other as you're doing this exercise. You want to make sure you're breathing. And, really use the core to keep the upper body nice and balanced. Are you feeling it? Alright. That's how you work the combination, the Lunge and the Row. Which is upper and lower body mixed together."
