"So have you been trying to trim that tummy and mid section but it doesn't seem to go anywhere? Well, I'm here to help you out in that respect. There's a big myth that you can crunch your way into a fabulous, sexy, sleek belly. The truth is its just that, a myth. Really the largest portion that plays the largest part that plays into having a flat tummy, a sexy tummy, a really defined tummy is nutrition. Nutrition is the number one factor that plays into having the stomach of your dreams. Now you want to keep everything simple, that's what I always say. The best thing you can do nutritionally for your tummy is to definitely take in a lot more fruits and veggies. You want nice, green leafy veggies. You want a combination of purples and oranges and yellows and reds. You want to eat as many varieties as possible and you want to get up to nine to twelve servings a day of fruits and vegetables and you want to stay hydrated. Really the belly of your dreams is just a combination of great nutrition and exercise. So I'm going to help you with the exercise and you have to help yourself with the nutrition portion. I'm going to show you four great exercises that will definitely tone and define the tummy. Consistency is key. You will see results when you practice a great nutritional plan and do be consistent with your exercising."
