"Grace and I already worked out with the ball. And, we showed you several exercises to do with a weighted ball. And, we really feel it in our obliques and our abs. So, that ball is really great for working out with a partner. Now, we're moving on to the resistance bands. This is where it gets fun. Now, these resistance bands are a lot of fun and there's so many exercises you can do with a partner using these resistance bands. I highly recommend getting the partner resistance bands if you do have someone to workout with. Grace and I are going to demonstrate how to do a Row using your partner. Now, you'll feel more resistance when you're working out with a partner doing a Row. Because, as your pulling your partner is pulling. And, the resistance gets a little bit more difficult. You have to trust your partner. Because, to come degree you're really using them to stabilize yourself. So, Grace and I will show you how to do a Row using this. So, we're going to stand far enough apart where we can feel a little bit of resistance already. Our feet are about shoulder width apart. And, we're just going to squat down a little bit and hold it here. Now, when we do the Row we're really working our back muscles. So, you really want to squeeze back at the same time then bring it back up. So, Grace let's do the Row. Ready. Ok. And, you can really start to feel it in the back. This really strengthens your back muscles. Now, if you don't think it's enough resistance. For instance, if I think this is easy. I'll simply step back a little bit and I'll make it a little more harder on my partner, too. So, you really have to stabilize, so you won't get rocked forward. You want to stay as stable as possible. So, this exercise really strengthens the muscles in the back and the arms indirectly. And, the core indirectly to keep you stabilized. Alright. And, that's how you do a Partner Row."
