"So, our next exercise using the ball still is Over Under. This exercise is great for overall flexibility. You're going to be bending over, handing the ball overhead. And, then bending and taking it from underneath. So, we're going to demonstrate this exercise. But, it's really great for overall flexibility and strengthening the core as you're reaching over. And, really getting good flexibility in the hips bending down and grabbing the ball. And, also your arms are getting a good workout. So, you get to tighten the arms as well as everything else while you do this exercise. So, now Grace are you ready? Alright. Let's demonstrate Over Under. Ok. Go over. Alright. You really got to be careful. This one will make you a little bit dizzy. So, just keep doing this. I say do about a minute to three minutes of this exercise. And, you'll definitely reap the benefits."
