"So, now we're still using our handy ball here. And, this time we're going to do an exercise called High Low. And, this one is really going to work the arms and you're going to twist and bend a little bit doing this exercise. So, it essentially is a full body workout using the ball. I'm going to hand Grace the ball up high and I'm going to receive it down low. And, we're going to continue to do this. And, then we're going to switch off and I'm going to hand her the ball high on the other side and receive it low on the opposite side. So, this exercise looks like this. Back to back. And, I'm going to hand it to you up high and get it down low. And, you can bend a little bit if you need to for the lower part. This also works the obliques. Big time. And, so now we're going to switch. That's ok. So, now we're going to switch. And, I'm going to hand Grace the ball up high on the opposite side. So, up high over here and going to grab it down low. Alright. So, that's the High Low. And, it works the whole body. But, you're really works the oblique?s big time."
