"Ok. So, our next exercise using this great ball is a Torso Twist. And, I know Grace is going to love this one. With a torso twist, we're simply going to stand back to back and twist and hand off the ball. Now, this exercise works our arms. But, it really works the core. You want to keep everything pulled up. So, when we do this Grace you're going to stay pulled up and we're going to engage the core. And, to engage the core just simply tighten those abs and keep your hips as straight as possible. And, then twist handing off the ball. So, now we'll demonstrate the Torso Twist. Ready. Back to back. Let's go this way first. Keep those hips straight. Abs tucked in. Mid way through, you're going to want to switch. Because, you want one side you're giving it away and the other side you?re receiving it. So, you work different muscles. So, this time I'll give Grace the ball on the other side and I'll receive it on the, this side. Alright. So, that's the Torso Twist. And, you really start feeling it here in your abs and your oblique?s. So, really it's a good way to tone the sides and keep a nice tight oblique."
