"Alright. When you're exercising with a partner, you want to be sure to warm up. So, Grace and I have already warmed up. We've run around this whole campus here and now we're ready to start our workout. So, we're going to start with a ball toss. And, we're going to use our weighted ball. I'm going to show you a series of exercises you can do with this weighted ball. It's so versatile and it's so great to really get a great overall body workout. Now, with a ball toss. We're simply going to toss the ball. We're going to do a chest pass tossing the ball. And, this really works our chest and it also works our back and our arms. So, it's great for overall upper body toning. This ball is only six pounds. But, you really feel the impact when you're throwing it. So, now Grace and I will demonstrate the ball toss. Ready. Don't be scared. And, so you keep tossing the ball. I recommend doing it for about two to five minutes. You'll really start feeling it. And, just have fun with it. Whatever you do, remember to keep it fun and simple."
