You need nice supportive shoes for whatever exercise you're planning to do. If you're planning to run for instance, you need have a great pair of running shoes. And, if you're just doing a little bit of running and strength training. Then, a good cross trainer is all you need. Also, you need water. We both have our water. It's so important to stay hydrated before, during and after a workout. So, be sure to carry your water with you everywhere. Now, for the workout equipment that we're going to use today. I'm going to demonstrate how to workout with a partner with a weighted ball. Now, this is a weighted yoga ball. And, this one weighs six pounds. These balls can be purchased anywhere. You can buy them at Wal-Mart, Target or any place that sells exercise equipment. They're very affordable and they come in a wide variety of weights. They come in from two pounds, all the way up to about twenty-five, thirty, fifty pounds. So, whatever size meets your exercise needs that's the size that you can get. And, then I have here this great set of team resistance bands. Now, these are good or you can use regular resistance bands and loop them separately together to workout with. And, this can also be purchased anywhere that sells exercise equipment for a very low price."
