"Many of my female clients and women that I know complain about their breasts. Now as we know, the breasts are composed mainly of fatty tissue. There's not much we can do about that. But what we can do is work on the chest muscles which will tone and strengthen the chest hence helping the breasts sit better. Now when we're doing these chest strengthening exercises, the key is to be consistent. We want to strengthen those muscles and then we want to maintain the strength in our chest muscles and you'll notice a difference in the toning of the muscles around the chest and the way your breasts sit. So this next series of exercises is a series of four and its to target your chest muscles, its to target the pectoralis major which is right here. So I'll demonstrate four exercises that will help your breasts sit better by strengthening that muscle."
