Video Transcript

"I'm Kristie La Tray owner of Fit and Fabulous Personal Training located in Los Angeles, California. I am a certified personal trainer and have been for over four years. I've been practicing in the field of health and fitness for over seven years. It all started when friends and family would ask me to help them out with their workout plan, nutritional advice and stuff like that and from there I found that that was really a passion of mine and I wanted to continue on so I became certified and began my own business, Fit and Fabulous Personal Training. Now I help many people with their health and nutritional problems, help them to stay fit and healthy and my philosophy on exercise is that it should always be fun, accessible, and just keep it simple. Today's show is how to enhance your feminine figure. Now there are several ways that I'm going to demonstrate how you can do this. But first, I just want to say number one, always just be ok with what you've got and who you are. That's always an underlining, number one no matter what. Every woman is shaped different, every woman looks different, every woman has things that she loves about herself and things that she doesn't so much like about herself. But really when we're exercising, just keep your expectations that you are made a certain way and you're made to look a certain way. Now you can enhance the way you look with exercising and nutrition of course, but just don't expect miracles is what I'm saying, like if you have a body shape that's not meant to be real thin, then don't let that be your goal, be realistic in your expectations of yourself. The goal is to be the best you that you can and the healthiest you that you can and I'm going to show you how to do that. These exercises and just good nutrition and overall health is going to help you look and feel your absolute best. Remember to stay positive and always stay consistent with everything that I'm going to show you today."
