"So our next exercise which targets our legs, our butt, our hips, our thighs, is called a tube shuffle. What we're going to do with a tube shuffle, we're going to use something like the elastic bands I showed you earlier or even a yoga strap, and tighten it to where your legs are about shoulder-width down. What we're going to do, we're going to shuffle, and you're going to do ten shuffles forward, ten shuffles on one leg, ten shuffles on the other leg. We're going to repeat it ten times. At the end of that, you'll definitely feel the burn. I'm going to demonstrate how this goes. As you can see, I have my yoga strap and I tied it to where my legs are about hip-width to shoulder-width apart. I am going to turn myself, and the purpose is just to keep your legs at a certain distance. So you've got to keep your legs at this distance. You're going to slightly bend your legs, hands out and we're just going to shuffle out and shuffle back. You would do ten on one leg. The way a shuffle goes is similar to this. It's a little hop. So you shuffle ten times forward, ten times the other way, and then forward and back again. You would do it ten times. Just so you can see from a different angle, this is the way the shuffle goes. You're going to feel a little weird, but trust me, you'll feel the burn in the thighs, the hips and the buttocks. Make sure your legs are loose. You're not quite down into a bend and you're not straight up, you're somewhere in the middle, nice and loose. That's how you do shuffles."
