"The first exercise that is great for really toning that butt and the hips is what I call squat and squeeze. We're going to use a ball, we're going to use a weighted ball. I'm using this one, it's 6 lbs. You can use a smaller one or a big one if you like. What we're going to do, we're going to put the ball right above our knees and we're going to squeeze it and then we're going to squat as we're squeezing. When you're squeezing it, you're really toning the muscles in the gluteus. This is really great for overall legs but specifically the tush. I'm going to show you how this goes. Here's a front view. I place the ball right above my knees, make sure my feet are good and planted on the floor. I'm squeezing the ball. What I'm going to do, I'm just going to go down into a squat. I'm squeezing it, I'm squeezing, squeezing up and down, making sure that that ball stays there. I really got to keep it squeezed. I'm squeezing my tush all the way up and all the way down. I'm going to show you from a different angle so you can see about how far to go down. I place the ball right above my knees. Really get it in good and tight. I'm squeezing it, and what I'm going to do is squat, holding the ball and come up. Squat and I'm squeezing the ball all the way up and all the way down. If it gets displaced, just rearrange it, that's fine. Make sure you stay aligned and squeeze. Make sure you're breathing. I'm really squeezing my hips and my butt together while I'm doing this. This is a great exercise to tighten up the tush."
