"Before we start our workout, we always want to warm up. Today we're going to warm up doing jumping jacks. Jumping jacks are great because you use your full body to do it, and also you're engaging the core. The core really keeps everything alive while you're moving, while you're jumping up and down. Warm up is good because it really prepares your body for your workout. You'll know you're warmed up when you feel yourself cardiovascularly - your heart is pumping, you can feel sweat starting to form on your body, and also your body temperature elevates. This really prepares us to get ready for our workout. To do jumping jacks, we're going to start with at least 90 seconds, but go up to about five minutes if you need it. You'll feel it when you're warmed up. So, I'll demonstrate how we do our jumping jacks. Remember, at least 90 seconds. We would keep going. Always remember to breathe, and we're almost ready to get started with the workout."
